There is no regional restriction on the construction technology of cold recycling machine, which can be used in asphalt pavement all over the country. According to the calculation, if popularized, a prefecture level city should be equipped with 3-5 sets. There are many reasons for the low domestic ownership of aircraft models that have been used in developed regions in Europe and America. The high price of imported aircraft should be one of the main reasons.
The working device of the cold recycling machine is a milling rotor equipped with a large number of special milling cutters. When the machine runs along the working face on the old road, the rotor descends to the set depth, rotates at high speed, Milles and mixes the raw pavement materials (including surface course and base course). At the same time, the water spraying system pumps water from the accompanying water truck according to the driving speed and milling depth, and automatically sprays a certain amount of water into the working device shell. The water delivery is precisely controlled by a microprocessor controlled pumping system. The milling rotor fully mixes the water with the milling material.
Liquid stabilizer, such as hot asphalt (cold recycling machine can be equipped with emulsified asphalt spraying device), can spray emulsified asphalt into the working device shell through specially designed nozzle; The powdery stabilizer, such as cement, can be spread on the working face of the reclaimer according to the design amount. The reclaimer will crush the powdery stabilizer with the road and water at one time and mix them evenly.
In situ cold recycling technology is not only suitable for the maintenance and reconstruction of high-grade highway, but also suitable for the maintenance and reconstruction of general roads and rural roads. This technology began to be applied in Europe and the United States and other countries in the 1950s. At present, it has been widely used in developed countries and is often used as a pavement maintenance scheme.
