1、 Scope of application
In order to ensure that the CBR value and compactness within the thickness range of the roadbed meet the specification requirements, the upper part of the roadbed 36cm thick is treated with 6% cement soil. For low filling and shallow excavation subgrade, when the filling height or excavation depth of subgrade is less than or equal to 155cm, 4% of cement soil is replaced with 44cm in the lower part of roadbed, and 6% of cement soil is replaced with 36cm in the upper part of roadbed.
2、 Homework preparation
1. The preparation of cold recycling construction rental site must pass the examination and visa; The foundation that needs to be treated must be treated and meet the requirements of foundation treatment.
(2) The site should be smooth enough to meet the requirements of equipment and personnel.
(3) Temporary drainage and rainproof measures should be taken. According to the construction traffic volume and the load of construction machinery, the construction access road is built.
2. Technical preparation
Do a good job in the technical training and technical disclosure of relevant personnel, so that all personnel participating in the construction can fully understand the key technology and quality control points of high-speed railway subgrade filling.
3. Allocation of labor, machinery and equipment
Personnel, machinery and equipment should be reasonably allocated according to the requirements of the construction scheme. The embankment filling area is a complete operation area, and the personnel allocation in each operation area is as follows: 1 construction team leader, 2 foreman, 2 personnel commanding the unloading position, 4-6 measurement and test personnel, 20-30 other mechanical workers and general workers.
According to the construction needs, each working face is equipped with a backhoe excavator, a xuanhua-140 bulldozer, two yz-22 vibratory rollers, a tiangong-160 grader, a xcmg-230 lime soil mixer, 6 dump trucks, and a sprinkling truck for standby. When the transportation distance is long, the number of dump trucks can be increased appropriately.
