1、 Scope of application
In order to ensure that the CBR value and compactness within the thickness range of the roadbed meet the specification requirements, the 36cm thick upper part of the roadbed of the whole line is treated with 6% cement soil. For low fill and shallow excavation subgrade, when the subgrade filling height or excavation depth is ≤ 155cm, the 44cm thick lower part of the roadbed shall be replaced with 4% cement soil, and the 36cm thick upper part of the roadbed shall be replaced with 6% cement soil.
2、 Job preparation
1. Preparation of rental site for cold regeneration construction
(1) The subgrade base directly filled must pass the examination and visa before construction; For the base requiring foundation treatment, various treatments must be completed and meet the requirements of foundation treatment.
(2) The site shall ensure sufficient flatness to meet the mobilization requirements of equipment and personnel.
(3) Take temporary drainage and rainproof measures for the site. The construction access road shall be built according to the construction traffic volume and the large load of construction machinery.
2. Technical preparation
Do a good job in technical training and technical disclosure for relevant personnel, so that all personnel participating in the construction can fully understand the key technologies and quality control points of subgrade filling of high-speed railway.
3. Allocation of labor force and mechanical equipment
The combination of machinery and equipment shall be reasonable according to the requirements of construction period. The embankment filling area is a complete operation area, and the staffing of each operation area is: 1 construction team leader, 2 foremen, 2 personnel directing the unloading position, 4 ~ 6 measurement and test personnel, and 20 ~ 30 other mechanics and general workers.
According to the construction needs, each working face is equipped with one backhoe excavator, one xuanhua-140 bulldozer, two yz-22 vibratory rollers, one tiangong-160 grader, xcmg-230 lime soil mixer, 6 dump trucks and one sprinkler for standby. When the transportation distance is long, the number of dump trucks can be increased appropriately
