Grader is an earth moving machine that uses a scraper to level the ground. The scraper is installed between the front and rear axles of the machine and can lift, tilt, rotate and extend. Flexible and accurate action, convenient operation and high accuracy in site leveling. It is suitable for building subgrade and pavement, building slope and excavating side ditch. It can also mix pavement mixture, remove snow, push granular materials and maintain earth road and gravel road. Graders are widely used in engineering. Let's learn about the maintenance and inspection of the whole grader.
1. Before using the grader for construction, the whole machinery shall be comprehensively inspected to understand the structure of the whole grader machinery.
2. The cutter shaft should be reviewed every day. If the groove above is grinded beyond the cutter shaft diameter of 25, it will change. In addition, the service life of the cutter shaft is the half-life of the tungsten steel milling cutter. From the square area, its life, gantry milling machine 5mm depth is about 350-500 square meters. However, there are many factors that will affect the service life of the cutter shaft, so it is reviewed daily;
3. Smooth bearing grease after 4 hours of each application. Smooth fat, turning and milling rollers are playing in all bearing grease coatings;
4. The main obligation of grader is to use milling cutter, bearing, washer and milling drum. Due to long-time operation process and road friction, it can better extend the service life of the machine;
5. Check the machine with the naked eye before each operation: can all fasteners be tightened? Is there any wear or crack on the main parts? Can oil supply be realized? Can review bearings, review covers, etc;
6. Review the motor grader before each operation, and the motor grader rental can loosen the local fasteners (a loose necessary tightening)
7. Each time the grader is controlled by the rental machine, review the cutter shaft and bearing. If there is wear in the axial position, you need to change the new, change the shaft bearing at the same time.
