While doing a good job in road maintenance, we should also maintain the road construction machines, which can prolong the service life of the machines. What are the maintenance methods for the cold regenerator?
Rational use of asphalt equipment to give full play to its potential is the requirement of highway mechanized construction enterprises, and maintenance and repair are the necessary premise to give full play to mechanical benefits. In recent years, our company has managed in accordance with the principle of "paying equal attention to use and maintenance" in highway mechanized construction, which has changed the previous construction that only paid attention to the use of machinery and did not pay attention to the maintenance of machinery, and many easily found problems have been ignored. As a result, some small problems of equipment have become major faults, and some even scrapped in advance. This not only greatly increases the cost of mechanical maintenance, but also delays the construction, and some even cause engineering quality problems. In view of this, with the acceleration of urban development, large-scale demolition and pavement repair are being carried out all over the country. Pavement cold recycling machine is required for pavement repair. Let's have a look!
Generally speaking, the pavement will be damaged by heavy traffic for a long time. In order to eliminate this damage, the whole pavement needs to be structurally repaired. The road cold recycling machine has used all kinds of milling materials from scratch. Combined with its economic processing mode, the cold recycling construction of foamed asphalt has become a pioneering solution to achieve environmental protection and economic effect.
Composition and working principle of pavement cold regenerator
Composition: pavement cold recycling machine is the primary equipment in asphalt pavement cold recycling construction. It is generally composed of power system, transmission system, operation equipment, spraying system and operation and control system.
Operation principle: when the road surface cold regenerator moves forward, the rotor rotates upward to mill the original road surface data. At the same time, the water is transported from the water truck connected with the road surface cold regenerator through the hose and sprayed in the mixing bin of the road surface cold regenerator. The delivery volume of water is controlled by the pumping system controlled by microprocessor to reach the required water content. The milling rotor will fully mix the water with the milling material. Liquid stabilizers, such as hot asphalt, can be sprayed into the mixing chamber through specially planned spray nozzles; Powdery stabilizer such as cement shall be sprinkled on the pavement in front of the pavement cold regenerator according to the planned increase. The pavement cold regenerator will mix the powdery stabilizer with recycled materials and water at one time. If the original gradation of the recycled layer is poor, the missing part of the aggregate can be sprinkled on the pavement before regeneration, and the gradation of the original pavement data can be improved by mixing with the old material.
The construction method of pavement cold recycling machine has been widely recognized all over the world. It has attracted more and more attention from road construction departments and construction companies in the repair of asphalt pavement. In this case, we formulated and determined the maintenance contents of each shift in mechanical management, and supervised the implementation. Mandatory maintenance of asphalt equipment is carried out at the end of each month for 2-3 days, so that many faults are eliminated before they appear.
