Maintain proper tension on the track of the dry land bulldozer
Maintenance method for dry land bulldozer: if the tension is excessive, the guide wheel spring tension acts on the track pin and pin sleeve. The outer circle of the pin and the inner circle of the pin sleeve are always subject to high extrusion stress. During operation, the pin and pin sleeve are prematurely worn. At the same time, the elasticity of the guide wheel tension spring also acts on the guide wheel shaft and shaft sleeve, resulting in great surface contact stress, which makes the guide wheel shaft sleeve easy to be ground into a semicircle and the track pitch easy to be lengthened, And it will reduce the mechanical transmission efficiency and waste the power transmitted by the engine to the driving wheels and tracks.
Maintenance method of dry land bulldozer: if the crawler is too loose, the crawler is easy to separate from the idler and roller, and the crawler loses the correct alignment, causing the running crawler to fluctuate, beat and impact, resulting in abnormal wear of the idler and supporting roller.
The track tension is adjusted by adding grease to the oil nozzle of the tensioning cylinder or discharging grease from the oil drain nozzle, and by referring to the standard clearance of each model. When the track pitch is lengthened to the point where a group of track joints need to be removed, the meshing surface of the driving gear teeth and the pin sleeve will also be abnormally worn. At this time, the maintenance method of the dry land bulldozer should be properly handled before the meshing condition deteriorates. The maintenance method of the dry land bulldozer includes turning over the pin and the pin sleeve, replacing the excessively worn pin and pin sleeve, and replacing the track joint assembly.
Keep the idler position of the dry bulldozer centered
The misalignment of the idler has a serious impact on other parts of the traveling mechanism. Therefore, adjusting the clearance between the idler guide and the crawler frame is the key to prolong the service life of the traveling mechanism. During adjustment, use the gasket between the guide plate and the bearing to correct. If the clearance is large, remove the gasket; Small clearance, add shims. The standard clearance for maintenance of dry land bulldozer is 0.5 ~ 1.0mm, and the large allowable clearance is 3.0mm. Turn over the track pin and the pin sleeve at an appropriate time.
The lessor of the cold regeneration machine believes that during the wear process of the track pin and the pin sleeve, the track pitch is gradually lengthened, resulting in poor engagement between the drive wheel and the pin sleeve, resulting in damage to the pin sleeve and abnormal wear of the drive gear tooth surface, which will cause hunting, slapping and impact, and greatly shorten the service life of the walking mechanism. When the pitch cannot be recovered by adjusting the tension, it is necessary to turn over the track pin and pin sleeve to obtain the correct track pitch.
There are two times on site to determine the turning over of the track pin and the pin sleeve; A method for maintaining a dry land bulldozer is to check the time when the track pitch is lengthened by 3mm; The other way to maintain the dry land bulldozer is to check the time when the outer diameter of the pin sleeve is worn by 3mm.
