Nowadays, the construction machinery industry has made great progress, and the use of bulldozers has also increased significantly. However, before using the bulldozer, let's first understand it. What is a bulldozer? What is its classification and use? The following is the introduction of bulldozer. Let's have a look!
Bulldozer is an engineering vehicle, with a large metal bulldozer in front. When in use, put down the bulldozer, shovel soil forward, push mud, sand and stone. The position and angle of the bulldozer can be adjusted. The bulldozer can complete the excavation, transportation and unloading work alone. It has the characteristics of flexible operation, convenient rotation, small working face, fast driving speed, etc.
Purpose of bulldozer:
Bulldozer is a short-distance self-propelled shovel transport machine, which is mainly used for short-distance construction of 50~100m. Bulldozers are mainly used to excavate cuttings, build embankments, backfill foundation pits, remove obstacles, remove snow, level the site, etc. they can also be used to shovel and stack loose materials in a short distance.
When the traction of the self-propelled scraper is insufficient, the bulldozer can also be used as an auxiliary shovel to push with the bulldozer. The bulldozer is equipped with scarifier, which can loosen hard soil, soft rock or chisel stone above grade III and IV, cooperate with the scraper for pre scarifying operation, and cooperate with the hydraulic backhoe excavation device, hinge plate dragging and other auxiliary working devices for excavation, rescue and dragging. The bulldozer can also use the hook to pull various traction machines and tools (such as traction scraper, traction vibratory roller, etc.) for operation.
The rental manufacturer of cold regeneration machine will talk about the classification of bulldozers again:
1. Classification by walking mode
Bulldozers can be divided into crawler type and tire type. Crawler bulldozer has large adhesion and traction force, low grounding pressure (0.04-0.13mpa), strong gradeability, but low driving speed. The tire bulldozer has the advantages of fast driving speed, strong flexibility, short operation cycle, convenient transportation and transfer, but low traction, which is suitable for the construction site and the situation of frequent changes in site work.
2. Classification by purpose
It can be divided into general type and special type. The universal type is produced according to the standard and is widely used in earthwork. The special type is used for specific working conditions, including wetland bulldozers and swamp bulldozers that use triangular wide track shoes to reduce the grounding specific pressure, amphibious bulldozers, underwater bulldozers, cabin bulldozers, driverless bulldozers, bulldozers that operate under Plateau and high humidity conditions, etc.
That's all for the purpose and classification analysis of bulldozers. If you need to know about this kind of equipment, please come to our website http://www.kqj188.com Pay attention.
