Double steel wheel roller has become an indispensable mechanical tool in road construction engineering and machinery construction engineering. It facilitates the efficiency and convenience of people's construction. Today, the cold regenerator rental manufacturer introduces the skills of using the roller:
Operating procedures for double steel wheel rubber tyred roller:
A. Principles for rolling
a. Spray a small amount of water, keep high temperature and slow speed, trapezoid weight, and roll in sections.
b. Rolling from the outside of the road (low side) to the central divider.
c. Each roller track and the adjacent roller track weigh 1 / 2 wheel width.
d. The road roller shall not brake, bend, turn around, turn, shift gears on the road surface that has not been compacted or has just been compacted. It is strictly prohibited to stop on the asphalt layer that has not been compacted.
e. The vibratory roller is used for vibration compaction. When it needs to stop, move forward or return, the vibration shall be stopped first and then the gear shall be changed.
B. Rolling procedure
The rolling forming of each layer of asphalt mixture is divided into three stages: initial compaction, re compaction and final compaction.
a、初壓。
a. Initial pressure. The static pressure of steel wheel once is mainly used to increase the initial density of asphalt mixture and play a stabilizing role.
b. Re pressing. The AC material is vibrated by steel wheel for 4 times and rubber wheel for 4 times to solve the compaction problem. The steel wheel of SMA material shall be vibrated for 6 times, subject to compaction, and there are cloud spots on the surface.
c. Final pressure. The static pressing of steel wheel for two times is mainly to eliminate the wheel marks generated during compaction, so that the surface flatness reaches or exceeds the required value. The temperature at the end of rolling shall not be lower than 70 ℃.
d. When the asphalt pavement edge is compacted, about 30cm shall be left without compaction. After the two compaction stages are completed, it shall be compacted for 1-2 more times. When the roller near the curb is unable to compact, it shall be compacted by vibrating rammer.
Before operating the double steel wheel roller, it is necessary to carefully read the machine manual and roughly understand the brief description of the machine in the manual, so that the operators can have a certain understanding of the machine, and also facilitate the operators to understand the level of its operation, and clarify the construction objectives and the production construction in the target direction.
Secondly, in order to give full play to the working performance of the double steel wheel roller, the operators must master their professional skills as much as possible, and display their advantages in different working environments.
As a kind of mechanical equipment with outstanding performance, the double steel wheel roller must be maintained as much as possible during operation to facilitate its contribution to the road project as much as possible. When it is not used in the later period, comprehensive maintenance measures should be taken to extend the service life of the roller.
The operation of the road roller is not difficult, but it should be operated by skilled personnel. If there is a novice learning to drive, it is better to have the master hand-held, so as to give full play to its advantages. Follow us http://www.kqj188.com Yes, learn more.
