The impact roller is different from the general self-propelled roller. The impact roller is driven by the tractor to roll with non-circular wheels. The potential energy drop generated by the radius of the polygonal roller is combined with the kinetic energy of the driving. The continuous impact roller is used for static pressure, rubbing and impact of the earth rock materials along the ground. There are several points different from the general roller in road construction. The following is the explanation of the cold regenerator rental manufacturer.
1. During construction, the leveling machine and sprinkler shall be coordinated in place, and the length of one-time treatment shall be as large as possible to ensure the running speed of the locomotive and ensure the treatment depth. Since the impact rolling construction process requires high flatness of the impact surface, the impact force of the impact roller on each point is relatively uniform when the surface is flat, so the original surface shall be leveled before impact rolling, and the subgrade surface after impact shall be leveled in time after each 6 times of impact.
2. After the rolling construction is completed, the smooth wheel roller shall be used for rolling again and fine leveling to further improve the compactness of the topsoil.
3. The compaction effect of impact compaction on grade 2 self weight collapsible loess is relatively obvious, which improves the work efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, shortens the construction period and reduces the cost. Compared with the traditional equipment, the impact compactor has fast speed, strong impact force and large impact depth. The requirements on water content can be appropriately relaxed, with low cost and small post construction settlement.
4. The impact rolling construction must ensure a certain locomotive running speed, so it is very suitable for large-area operation. If a large-area self weight collapsible loess special soil subgrade is encountered, the impact rolling treatment is the preferred scheme.
5. The effect of impact rolling is also related to the flatness and water content of the surface layer. If the flatness is good and the water content of the surface layer is close to the optimal water content, the effect is remarkable.
6. When the impact roller is used, there shall be a safe distance of 1m between the wheel edge and the structure, and the filling thickness on the bridge and culvert structure shall not be less than 2.5m.
7. When the average settlement of the road bed project is less than 3cm after the impact roller is used for the supplementary compaction and vibration rolling, the impact shall not be carried out again.
