When we don't use the roller, maintenance is particularly important. When it is not applicable for a long time, storage also needs special attention. Let's explain it to you by the rental personnel of the cold recycling machine.
The environment shall be kept away from humidity as far as possible, and wooden boards shall be laid on the ground to avoid being in a non dry environment. For example, after parking, cover the equipment with a cloth to prevent dust from entering the equipment.
Of course, before storing the leased roller, we should first maintain and clean the equipment. If there are damaged parts, we should repair them to keep the equipment in good condition at any time. For the engine of the equipment, the cooling water inside should be drained and the engine oil should be replaced in time. You know, the fuel engine needs to be refueled, otherwise it will rust easily.
When the equipment is not intended to be used for a long time, we should also start the engine regularly, so as to prevent the equipment from rusting. Of course, the cooling water should be filled up before startup and drained again before storage. It is also very important for the storage of the battery. It is necessary to remove the battery to prevent it from being in a dry environment.
Remember, what we need to pay attention to is that we can't put conductive objects on the roller's battery. When disassembling, we should also pay attention to turning off the power to avoid accidents. The anti rust treatment of the equipment is very important. Before storage, the whole machine can be repainted, and the exposed metal parts need anti rust.
