The cold regeneration working device is mainly composed of boom, rotor, rotor cover, etc. The mixing knife is bullet head type, and the cover is full floating towed type. The leasing manufacturer of the cold regenerator reminds you that the working device is the main working mechanism for stabilizing the soil and reinvigorating it, which directly reflects the function of the machine. During the operation, the flatness, compactness and moisture content of the mixture directly affect the regeneration effect and production efficiency.
Boom
The left and right boom is composed of two beams, which are hinged with the rear support of the main frame. It can rotate around this hinge axis and is driven by the boom lifting cylinder. Its main function is to drive the whole working device to move with the vehicle and move up and down. The outer guard plate of the boom can be removed, and there are working motors and rubber hoses inside.
Working rotor
The rotor is composed of tool magazine, tool head, tool holder, etc. The rotor is connected with the lifting arm through the inner and outer gear rings, pressure plates and. The inner gear ring is fixed with the lifting arm, the outer gear ring is fixed with the support, the rotating parts of the are fixed with the rotor, and the inner and outer gear ring mesh is pressed from both ends of the rotor with a pressure plate.
The power comes from the working motor, whose function is to reduce the speed, increase the torque and transfer the power to the rotor. The role of the rotor is to mill, break, mix materials and throw them behind. The milling depth of the rotor can be read from the scale on the boom cylinder.
Rotor housing
It is a semi-circular shell welded by the top cover plate and the cover plates on both sides. There is a rear tailgate at the rear, whose opening is controlled by the oil cylinder, which is used to scrape and level the mixed materials. There is a front tailgate at the front, whose opening is adjusted by two pull rods, which is used to control the particle size of materials. The smaller the opening, the smaller the particle size, but the greater the operating resistance. The whole rotor casing is sleeved on the inner gear ring. When milling and mixing, the casing floats on the ground, forming a closed space with the ground.
In this way, the milling cutter cuts the concrete and throws it in at a certain speed, hitting the inner surface of the rotor cover, further crushing the stabilized soil, and mixing the various components evenly. At a certain speed, the material is thrown from the space above the rotor to the rear, and the rear material flows out from the rear tailgate, and the rear tailgate scrapes it flat.
The function of the working device of the cold regenerator is to mill the old road surface together with the base layer, break and mix the milled and added materials in the mixing room formed by the rotor cover and rotor, and then pave the milled road surface at a uniform speed to form a new stable soil layer.
