With the continuous improvement of mechanization, bulldozers are widely used in rural land conversion and development sites. The following points should be paid attention to in the operation safety of bulldozers. The following is the explanation of the cold regeneration machine rental personnel:
Bulldozing shall not be carried out in dangerous places. It is not allowed to forcibly pass through mud ditches and dam ridges to prevent vehicles from sinking. It is not allowed to operate in places with a slope greater than 20 degrees.
The proper speed shall be selected according to the soil quality to prevent overload operation. When transporting soil, place the distributor handle in the floating position to make the blade lift freely.
Do not turn during the process of shoveling and transporting soil, or the steering clutch and other parts will be easily damaged. Try not to raise or lower the piston in the cylinder to the limit position.
After the blade cuts into the soil, adjust the soil consumption at any time according to the sound of the engine to prevent the engine from operating under the condition of black smoke. If the tractor is found to be overloaded, reduce the soil consumption immediately. In case of large rocks or tree roots, they should be removed manually, and should not be impacted by bulldozers.
Do not observe and repair under the blade when the blade is raised. If repair is needed, the blade should be firmly supported and driven at low speed when idling.
Before launching the bulldozer, carefully check the walking device and chassis in advance and do a good job of waterproof protection. Gaskets, bolts, nuts, etc. in contact with water shall be coated with calcium-based grease and then re-tightened. The adjusting screw rod of the oil scale cap shall be coated with oil to prevent corrosion.
Do not put the distributor handle of the bulldozer in the "up" or "down" position for a long time to prevent the hydraulic hose from bursting. The hydraulic hose shall not be contaminated with fuel and acid-base articles to prevent corrosion, deterioration and aging.
