Power system malfunction

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火：可能因燃油供應(yīng)中斷、電路故障或機(jī)械卡滯導(dǎo)致。需檢查燃油濾清器是否堵塞、油管是否漏氣，同時(shí)排查點(diǎn)火線圈及高壓線是否短路。若曲軸軸承合金熔化燒損，需立即更換并檢測機(jī)油壓力。

Engine stalling: may be caused by fuel supply interruption, circuit failure, or mechanical jamming. It is necessary to check whether the fuel filter is clogged, whether the fuel pipe is leaking, and at the same time, check whether the ignition coil and high-voltage wire are short circuited. If the crankshaft bearing alloy melts and burns, it should be replaced immediately and the oil pressure should be checked.

啟動(dòng)困難：低溫環(huán)境下燃油氣化率下降、潤滑油黏度加大或蓄電池電量不足均可能導(dǎo)致啟動(dòng)失敗。建議預(yù)熱發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、更換低溫適用機(jī)油，并定期維護(hù)蓄電池。

Difficulty in starting: A decrease in fuel gasification rate, an increase in lubricating oil viscosity, or insufficient battery power in low-temperature environments may all lead to startup failure. It is recommended to preheat the engine, replace the low-temperature applicable oil, and regularly maintain the battery.

傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)故障

Transmission system malfunction

鏈條斷裂或跳齒：長期高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行易引發(fā)鏈條磨損或張緊力不足。需定期檢查鏈條磨損量，及時(shí)更換超限鏈條，并調(diào)整張緊裝置至規(guī)定扭矩。

Chain breakage or tooth skipping: Long term high load operation can easily cause chain wear or insufficient tension. Regularly check the wear of the chain, replace the oversized chain in a timely manner, and adjust the tensioning device to the specified torque.

軸承過熱或異響：軸承間隙過大、潤滑不良或安裝不當(dāng)會(huì)引發(fā)異常振動(dòng)。應(yīng)使用激光對(duì)中儀校準(zhǔn)軸承跳動(dòng)量，補(bǔ)充耐高溫潤滑脂，并緊固固定螺栓至標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。

Overheating or abnormal noise of bearings: Excessive bearing clearance, poor lubrication, or improper installation can cause abnormal vibration. Laser alignment instrument should be used to calibrate the bearing runout, add high-temperature resistant lubricating grease, and tighten the fixing bolts to the standard value.

撒布系統(tǒng)故障

Spreading system malfunction

撒布量異常：流量傳感器失靈或刀盤堵塞會(huì)導(dǎo)致撒布不均。需用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼校準(zhǔn)傳感器精度，并清理刀盤積灰。若絞龍軸承卡滯，需拆卸清洗并更換密封圈。

Abnormal spreading amount: Failure of flow sensor or blockage of cutter head can lead to uneven spreading. Use standard weights to calibrate the accuracy of the sensor and clean the dust accumulation on the cutterhead. If the winch bearing is stuck, it needs to be disassembled, cleaned, and the sealing ring replaced.

撒布口堵塞：灰土結(jié)塊或異物侵入會(huì)阻塞撒布通道。操作后需用高壓水qiang沖洗撒布口，并噴涂防銹劑保護(hù)金屬部件。

Blockage of spreading port: Ash clumps or foreign objects entering will block the spreading channel. After operation, it is necessary to rinse the spreading port with high-pressure water and spray rust inhibitor to protect the metal parts.

液壓系統(tǒng)故障

Hydraulic system malfunction

油溫過高：散熱器堵塞、油液污染或溢流閥失效會(huì)引發(fā)系統(tǒng)過熱。需清洗散熱器并更換液壓油，同時(shí)檢測油液清潔度。

Excessive oil temperature: Blockage of the radiator, oil contamination, or failure of the overflow valve can cause the system to overheat. It is necessary to clean the radiator and replace the hydraulic oil, while checking the cleanliness of the oil.

壓力不足：液壓泵磨損、油管泄漏或溢流閥設(shè)定值偏低會(huì)導(dǎo)致動(dòng)力下降。應(yīng)檢修液壓泵并更換磨損部件，緊固油管接頭至規(guī)定扭矩，并重新校準(zhǔn)溢流閥壓力。

Insufficient pressure: Hydraulic pump wear, oil pipe leakage, or low relief valve setting can cause a decrease in power. The hydraulic pump should be inspected and worn parts replaced, the oil pipe joints should be tightened to the specified torque, and the pressure of the relief valve should be recalibrated.

電氣系統(tǒng)故障

Electrical system malfunction

控制失靈：線路短路、傳感器損壞或執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)卡滯會(huì)引發(fā)誤動(dòng)作。需用萬用表檢測電路通斷，更換失效傳感器，并清理電磁閥內(nèi)雜質(zhì)。

Control failure: Short circuits in the circuit, damaged sensors, or stuck actuators can cause misoperation. Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the circuit, replace the faulty sensor, and clean the impurities inside the solenoid valve.

儀表顯示異常：接觸不良或信號(hào)干擾會(huì)導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)錯(cuò)誤。應(yīng)重新焊接虛接線路，并加裝屏蔽層控制電磁干擾。

Abnormal instrument display: Poor contact or signal interference can cause data errors. The virtual connection line should be re welded and a shielding layer should be installed to control electromagnetic interference.
