The dust removal system is a very important structure for powder spreaders, playing an important role in filtering dust and meeting environmental emission requirements during the construction process. Below, the cold regeneration machine rental manufacturer will explain more matters to you:
The dust removal system is located at the rear end of the vehicle, and during maintenance and replacement, the rear upper compartment cover needs to be opened
After opening the upper compartment cover, you can see the dust removal box, which also has a sealed cover plate. When repairing, it is also necessary to open this cover plate; The edge of the dust removal box is a gas cylinder for dust removal, which is connected to an electromagnetic valve. When disassembling, unscrew the middle position connector and disconnect the circuit from the connector.
After opening the cover plate, the internal dust removal structure can be seen. The internal dust removal bag is fastened by adding bolts to the upper flower board. When disassembling, all flower boards and fixing bolts should be removed.
There are currently two types of dust removal bags, one is fabric type and the other is foldable type.
The fabric type contains a metal inner support inside, which should be removed together during disassembly. After taking it out, the dust removal bag should be separated from the metal inner support; After separation, check if there is any powder inside the dust removal bag. If there is any, it needs to be cleaned out. Use an air gun to repeatedly blow the dust removal bag from inside to outside, and check if there is any damage or deformation in the dust removal support. If there is any, it should be repaired and treated in a timely manner.
The foldable dust removal bag has no internal support and can be taken out directly. After taking it out, check if there is any powder inside the dust removal bag. If there is any, it needs to be cleaned out. At the same time, use an air gun or brush to brush and blow away the dust adhering to the dust removal bag from top to bottom.
After cleaning the dust removal bag, it is also necessary to inspect the inside of the dust removal box to see if there are any material blocks or open welds inside. If there are any, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
After cleaning the dust removal bag, reassemble it according to the original assembly method. During assembly, be sure to pay attention to the sealing between the dust removal bag and the internal assembly plate, do not leave any gaps, and tighten the fastening bolts in place.
When tightening the cover plate of the dust removal box, pay attention to any deformation. If there are any, add a sealant pad in a timely manner to avoid air leakage in the later stage. At the same time, check the gas cylinder to see if there is any water inside, and if so, pour it out in a timely manner.
When connecting the dust removal solenoid valve, pay attention to the wiring method of the solenoid valve. After connecting the wires, conduct a usage test. If there are no problems during the usage test, seal the rear compartment cover. After the bolts are tightened in place, apply sealant to the joint position for subsequent sealing treatment.
No matter which type of dust removal bag it is, it has a certain service life and must be replaced regularly. Otherwise, serious vehicle damage caused by small losses will not be worth the loss. If there are any other matters, please come to our website http://www.kqj188.com Consult!
