Generally speaking, road surfaces that have been subjected to heavy traffic for a long time may experience roadbed damage. To eliminate this damage, it is necessary to carry out structural repairs on the entire road surface. The pavement cold recycling machine recycles all the milling materials, and its economical treatment method makes cold recycling construction with foam asphalt a pioneering solution, achieving environmental protection and economic effect.

Composition: The road surface cold regeneration machine is the main equipment in the construction of asphalt road surface cold regeneration, generally composed of a power system, transmission system, working device, spraying system, and control system.

Working principle: When the road surface cold regeneration machine moves forward, the rotor rotates upwards to mill and plane the raw road surface materials. At the same time, water is transported from the water truck connected to the road surface cold regeneration machine through a hose and sprayed in the mixing bin of the road surface cold regeneration machine. The water delivery rate is controlled by a microprocessor controlled pumping system to achieve the required water content. The milling rotor thoroughly mixes water with the milling material.

Liquid stabilizers, such as hot asphalt (the cold recycling machine has its own foam asphalt foaming device, which can heat the hot asphalt to 160-180 ° C and mix it with a small amount of water for foaming) can be sprayed to the mixing chamber through specially designed spray nozzles; Powdered stabilizers such as cement need to be sprinkled on the road surface in front of the road surface cold regeneration machine according to the designed dosage in advance. The road surface cold regeneration machine mixes the powdered stabilizers with recycled materials and water in one go

If the original gradation of the recycled layer is poor, the missing part of the aggregate can be sprinkled on the road surface before regeneration, and the gradation of the original road surface material can be improved by mixing with the old material.
