The construction of the cold regeneration test section of the repair and maintenance project for the section from Caojiabo in Zhucheng to Chaigou in Gaomi and the section from Chaigou to Jiaozhou boundary in Gaomi on the 102 Jiqing Line is being carried out simultaneously in the east and west sections of Chaigou Town. Officials from Weifang Highway Development Center, Weifang Transportation Development Group, Gaomi City Transportation Bureau, design, construction, supervision and other units, as well as technical and testing personnel participating in the construction, conducted on-site observation and inspection, and provided special comments and guidance.

After on-site observation and inspection, a special summary meeting will be held at the second bid project department of the project. The meeting listened to the construction progress of each project department, analyzed the reasons for the problems found in the observation and inspection of aggregate ratio technology, road mixing quality, and on-site standardized management, discussed solutions, put forward specific guidance and requirements, and emphasized the issues of project schedule and project management responsibility.

It is reported that the on-site cold recycling process, also known as the road mixing construction process, is the use of cold recycling technology to evenly sprinkle certain specifications of stones and cement on the original water stable base according to the mix proportion requirements, and carry out on-site crushing and mixing paving of the construction section while strictly controlling the moisture content. It can achieve the reuse of waste water stable aggregates and meet the construction standard process of one-time rolling molding. Road mixing technology can save the transportation process of factory mixing, effectively reduce costs, and achieve environmental protection compared to factory mixing technology.
