1、 Reducer part
Currently, the cold regeneration machine is equipped with a reducer imported from the United States, which is a very important component for power transmission and plays a crucial role in the overall performance of the regeneration machine. It is built into the rotor to reduce rotational speed and increase torque.

The maintenance of the gear unit must be operated or guided by specialized personnel. The first maintenance interval is 500 hours, and the subsequent maintenance interval is 1000 hours.
Gear unit cover
The cold regeneration machine rental believes that the temperature of its reducer is very high when it is used, and the rear cover is sealed with an 'o' ring, which is prone to leakage; The oil seal of the reducer is easily damaged by hard objects such as iron wires in the recycled material, causing oil leakage.
2、 Rotor and casing part
(1) During the construction process, pay attention to observing the wear of the cutting head, and promptly handle and replace any loose, detached, or damaged situations. Otherwise, it is easy to cause wear of the knife holder, and the replacement of the knife holder is relatively troublesome, requiring tools such as gas cutting and electric welding. Sometimes the site conditions are not available or the welding level cannot be reached, which directly affects the use. Although replaceable knife holders are convenient, they will increase the use cost.
(2) When replacing the cutter head, use a cutter head attacker to knock out the old cutter head, and use a hammer to knock the new cutter head into the cutter holder hole. Pay attention to the welding angle when welding the cutter holder, otherwise the depth of the regeneration layer may vary, resulting in premature wear of the cutter, and other situations, which may increase engine load and cause unnecessary power output.
(3) Working devices such as milling rotors and milling rotor casings should be cleaned after construction every day to avoid the following situations:
①罩殼上的水噴孔堵塞，次日工作時(shí)水分不均;
① The water spray hole on the cover is blocked, resulting in uneven water content during the next day's work;
②再生料粘附在銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子上出色難清理掉，影響拌合效果;
② The adhesion of recycled materials to the milling rotor is extremely difficult to remove, affecting the mixing effect;
③再生料粘附在刀頭、刀座上，導(dǎo)致更換困難;
③ The recycled material adheres to the cutter head and cutter seat, resulting in difficulty in replacement;
(4) Maintenance of sliding shoes. Repair welding shall be carried out on the worn sliding shoes, and the threads shall be coated with butter to prevent rust. For more related matters, please visit our website http://www.kqj188.com Consult and understand!
